Finding us
Upstairs, above the bookstore, two blocks north of Main.
From Highway 17, take the Los Gatos exit onto N Santa Cruz Ave and head south toward downtown. We are on the west side of the street between Bean Ave and Elm St, in the two story building with the green awning. The door to the stairs is on the Bean Ave side, between the bookstore and the florist. Ring the copper bell if the door is closed.
Parking: two hours free in the lot behind the bookstore, entered from Elm St, or the public garage one block south. On Saturday mornings the farmers market closes part of Montebello Way, so give yourself five extra minutes.
Coming by bike or on foot from downtown, we are a four minute walk north from the Main St corner. The Los Gatos Creek Trail is two blocks east.
If you would rather we come to you, we do. Most listing consults happen at the house, and most first buyer meetings happen wherever is easy for you. Say so on the form and we will set it up.
