Who does what

  • Priya Natarajan

    Lead agent and broker

    Started selling in Los Gatos in 2015 and has closed in every neighborhood in town since. Priya runs pricing strategy, reads every contract that leaves the office and sits in on every negotiation. If you want a second opinion on a number, hers is the one.

    Lives in Almond Grove. Grew up off Blossom Hill Rd.

  • Ben Castellano

    Listing agent

    Ben runs every listing from the first walkthrough to the closing table: prep schedule, contractor referrals, staging, the launch weekend and the offer review. Former general contractor, so his prep lists are short and every item on them pays back.

    Lives in Belwood. Coaches Little League on Saturdays.

  • Sofia Reyes

    Buyer's agent

    Sofia works only with buyers, which means she is at every broker tour on Tuesday and knows what is coming before it hits the MLS. She will tell you when a house is wrong for you, even when the offer is ready to sign.

    Lives downtown. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.

    Marketing and media

    Unlicensed, runs the cameras

    Owen shoots every listing himself: stills, a two minute film, a drone pass and a measured floor plan. He also runs the off market list, the launch emails and this website. If a house looks better online than it does in person, it was not one of his.

    Lives in Campbell. Shoots at 7am for the light.
